Stormie Benfield, SRES, ASP – As a 20 year veteran of the banking industry Stormie brings her corporate world experience into the real estate business. Having earned her Six Sigma Green Belt, Stormie utilizes the Six Sigma principles to streamline the home buying and selling process. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, she is well equipped to help make senior transitions successful both financially and emotionally. Also an Accredited Staging Professional, Stormie provides home staging services to all clients at no additional charge, ensuring that our listings look their best in today’s competitive market. Stormie has served as a Mecklenburg County Commissioner of Park & Recreation, Red Cross volunteer, Union County Council on Aging sponsor and volunteer, and has recently authored a North Carolina Real Estate Commission continuing education course on the benefits of home staging. Her dynamic personality and professional business ethic round out her qualifications to assist with any real estate need.
Darren Benfield, Broker, REALTOR – With nearly 20 years in the real estate industry Darren is well positioned to work with a variety of clients in all types of transactions. Whether first time home buyers or downsizing seniors, his clientele has continued to refer their friends and family to Darren after earning his trust with their own housing needs. Melody Prestifilippo, SRES, e-PRO – With a strong background in marketing and finance, Melody brings two very important functions to our team. As a financial specialist she stays well versed on real estate lending changes, giving her the necessary tools to take a contract to closing, which can be difficult in today’s troubled mortgage industry. As a marketing specialist she stays on top of national marketing trends, utilizing the latest web based technology, and assuring that our clients get the best possible exposure both locally and nationally. An accomplished marketing professional, Melody offers a complete marketing package to each of our clients ranging from photo and virtual tours to our aggressive internet marketing campaign. Her careful attention to every detail ensures that our listings stand out in a crowded market place.
Rodney Green, Broker, REALTOR – In his second year in real estate Rodney has proven himself a reckoning force in the Concord and Cabarrus County market.
